Standard Delivery is 2 - 3 working days in the Mainland UK (we do not deliver to Northern Ireland), and will be by Courier or Special Delivery. Next Day and Saturday delivery is available by request only, and may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery will be between 9-5 Monday to Friday of any week (Bank and Public holidays not included). Signatures are required for all deliveries, www.camerasDisposable.co.uk and Edwards Enterprises accept no responsibility if delivery was unsuccessful because no one was at the stipulated address when delivery was attempted. Customers will be charged the full cost for attempted re-delivery; this may be more than the £3 delivery charge paid with the original order (in the UK).

We are happy to delay delivery for a certain day/date if required by the customer, however this must be requested before or at the time of order and must be at least 3 working days prior to the requested delivery date.

We are unable to stipulate a delivery time other than 9am-5pm on any working day; we may be able to give an approximate day of delivery however this must be requested before or at the time of order.

Saturday delivery is available on most orders, however there is an extra charge dependant upon order size - we are happy to arrange quotes for this. For a Saturday delivery please give at least 3 working days notice.

If you have any requests/questions with regards to delivery please contact us and we will try our very best to help you. Our terms and conditions are standard for all deliveries, however we are happy to try and accommodate any special requests and requirements, where possible.

All damages / missing items must be reported by e-mail within 3 working days of receiving your items.

Damaged goods must be returned before replacement / refund is issued. If this is at your cost, any expense on your part will be refunded after examination and confirmation of the damaged item(s). We may however arrange for collection.

Should you wish to return your items for any other reason than damage, then you must inform us via e-mail within 7 working days of receipt of your items.

Items must be returned to us in an undamaged, unopened re-saleable condition. Should you choose to return the items, you must ensure that they are returned with suitable packaging and via an insured delivery method. Should we need to arrange collection, then any direct costs involved will be deducted from the total paid for the item(s) in your refund. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, and no longer than 30 days from the date of your notifivation to return the items.
